                 涼拌海帶銀芽:昨天那拌四季豆的醬料今天又

                醬汁  參考幸福便當菜開工    派上用場囉!

                                                          " 豆芽菜"去頭去尾,切三段,沒有啦!又當魚兒賣

                                                           啦!

                                                           主要給它汆燙過泡冷開水備用,那豆芽去頭尾

                                                           後就有賣相了.

                                                           " 海帶芽":同樣的切段燙熟泡冷開水備用

                                                            同醬料混合就盛盤囉~涼拌醬料不過就這幾

                                                            樣隨意加加,愛拌什麼就拌什麼,都好吃喲.

                                                                                                                                                     

            lisa 趕緊照過來,妳看這菜兒是不是很有親和力呀,

         比起妳那濃濃家鄉味的庄腳菜遜色多囉!就說不PK,還較個什麼勁兒呀!

         其實除了媽媽的家常菜外,能在 lisa 這兒看到那媽媽味十足的庄腳菜

         好像回到自己家般的親切,還能扒上2碗飯呢!
