酷熱的天氣,來點涼涼的麵最適合不過了
 
哥哥的海苔麻醬涼麵跟馬麻的泡菜麻醬涼麵
輕輕鬆鬆地送便當去囉~~~~
   
 

                                                                                                            我的做法:1.熟麵條用熱水過水(生吃涼麵過熱水

                                                                                                                                    衛生較放心)

                                                                                                                                2.小黃瓜切絲加塩醃漬20分後去水

                                                                                                                                    紅蘿蔔&鷄胸肉放入蒸鍋蒸熟後紅

                                                                                                                                    蘿蔔切絲,鷄胸肉拔成絲;蛋皮切絲

                                                                                                                                 3.海苔剪成絲條狀,泡菜切成條狀

                                                                               芝麻醬汁:芝麻醬+蒜泥+醬油+開水+醋+蜂蜜(糖)+(辣粉)

切!切!切!歐巴桑練得一身好切工,有人要切的丟過來囉!~~~~接!
