熱衷於手作之餘,兒子的便當還是得送呀

台灣柳丁不是產季,這進口柳橙拿來做菜又多了幾分甜意較台灣柳丁多了些些酸氣


橙汁鷄排

                                                                                           我的做法:1.將去骨鷄腿加蒜,醬油.糖.白胡椒粉醃漬備用

                                                                                                            2.柳橙取些許果肉和果汁備用

                                                                                                            3.柳橙皮切細絲擺盤,洋葱.甜椒切絲

                                                                                                            4.醃漬後的鷄腿入烤箱烤約20分後取出

                                                                                                             5.熱油鍋炒香洋葱,甜椒後加入橙汁.果肉..白糖

                                                                                                                 (有點酸氣不另加白醋).少塩,水連同鷄腿下鍋

                                                                                                                 燒至入味即盛盤

 延伸文~~豆乳秋葵+香烤秋刀魚+噌醬雙椒中卷+雙菇燴蛤蜊
