                         看到這上頭的蒜片,有沒有聞到蒜香味呢!好香好香呀,

 

                         鯛魚片沒有翅,很喜歡拿它來料理,孩子吃起來方便.

 

                          杏仁魚片  茄汁鯛魚蓋飯 醋溜魚片

 

                         做法:1.蒜頭切片,入油鍋炸起鍋備用(油鍋裡滿滿的蒜香)

 

                                  2.魚片加醬油,糖,白胡椒粉醃漬後,沾(麵粉攪蛋的麵糊)

 

                                     入鍋油煎兩面呈金黃色起鍋,撒上蒜香片       

                          


                 

                               這半煎炸的魚片,看來好像有點負擔

                              但peggy堅持用純橄欖油來料理

                                                                              五穀飯(白米,五穀米1:1)


                

                 絲瓜小丸子, 明明這樣大顆丸子,取叫小丸子,小丸子有天也會長大嘛

             醬樣孩子才會愛呀!睜眼說瞎話........呵呵

            做法:1.先將絞肉加醬油,塩,糖,白胡椒粉,香油,茡薺,香菇,地瓜粉醃

                    2.蒜爆香加絲瓜入油鍋炒後加水煮滾,將絞肉用手擠出丸狀

                      放入鍋內同煮熟加入塩,撒入紅葱頭酥,香油即完成.

              絞肉好料理: 幸福年年輪 太陽肉餅  韭菜捲 鄉村肉燥飯
